- Team & stakeholder coordination: Facilitating communication across teams, keeping stakeholders informed, and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality & continuous improvement: Ensuring outputs meet agreed standards and seeking ways to improve how we plan and deliver work across teams.
Data Analytics
The HealthCare Global Modelling Unit (GMU) is a large team of data scientists and statisticians that support client facing research and advisory teams, through providing methodological advice, advanced analytics and modelling. We are one of the largest healthcare advanced analytics teams in the primary market research industry
As a graduate data scientists, you will be working closely with senior team members to provide modelling/analytical support and guidance on projects for HealthCare service line clients globally. And provide analytical and technical support on projects, gaining exposure to and experience in a great number of analytical techniques. As a graduate whilst your attention to detail is crucial, you will also have the flexibility to be innovative whilst being creative in problem solving and the ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues and our clients.
Operations: Shaping the Future of Data
The Ipsos UK Operations team plays a vital role as the centre of excellence for respondent access and data collection. We ensure high-quality, secure, and efficient data collection across all methods, supporting every stage of the research process, from design consultancy to data visualisation. Our scripting and data processing teams are at the heart of our work, collaborating with research teams to meet client needs:
- Survey Programming: Designing and implementing online, offline (telephone and in-home), and mixed-mode surveys, working across all areas of Ipsos UK's business.
- Data Processing: Provides analysis support to research teams, advising on solutions, and ensuring data insights meet client objectives. They are responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights that inform critical business decisions.
Client Org
Putting our clients' needs front and centre, right across Ipsos, is critical to our success as a business. Client First is one of Ipsos' five values, it guides our day-to-day operations and strategic direction throughout the company. The Client Org is a central team dedicated to driving our growth and is structured into three main sections:
- Client Officers: The largest part of the team consists of senior client officers whose primary focus is retaining existing revenue and identifying new business opportunities to ensure continued growth.
- Business Development: This team coordinates efforts across the organisation to identify long-term growth prospects.
- Strategic Support: This group is tasked with developing refined strategies and systems that underline our approach, ensuring we remain closely connected with our clients while fostering sustainable growth
