Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Application
As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion we we run a blind process without CV's for your initial application. You will answer two role specific questions, our system anonymises these so we review your performance without any risk of bias. These questions should showcase your passions, interests and relevant skills for a role, they will form the basis of your whole application so be sure to show us what you’ve got.
- Stage 2
Gamified Assessment
Bryq is an assessment that enables you to demonstrate your cognitive and soft skills, these are then mapped against the specific requirements of role you are applying for. The assessment requires not preparation and takes about 14 minutes to complete, it has been designed to be inclusive and has reasonable adjustments available for anyone who may require them. It is important to note that this is not a pass-fail assessment, it just provides us with another data point that will considered alongside your total application. As part of our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion this offers candidates another way to demonstrate their strengths aside from just their application responses.
- Stage 3
Virtual Interview
At our video interviews you have the opportunity to meet one of our friendly Talent Partners face to face in a values based interview. This is your chance to make sure you make a good impression so we’d recommend doing some research into the role prior, you will also get a chance to ask any questions you may have so come prepared with everything you want to know! We’d recommend testing your webcam, microphone and wifi connection beforehand and trying to find a quiet and comfortable space.
- Stage 4
Assessment Centre/Final Interview
This is your opportunity to meet a variety of Ipsos employees from the team you are applying. Most assessment centres will comprise of a values based interview, a presentation and a group task. For different roles the format can change between full assessment centres and individual final Interviews and tasks, we will run through the exact format for your role in your previous interview and there will be a briefing session that you can attend on how to prepare.
